Privacy Policy
Badger Uploader · last updated 20 October 2026
This policy covers Badger Uploader, the in-house tool Joe Badger Productions uses to manage its own YouTube channels, and this website.
Who uses Badger Uploader
Only the owner of the Joe Badger Productions YouTube channels. It is not a public service: no one else signs in to it, and it does not access other people's accounts or channels.
YouTube API Services
Badger Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it, its user agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
What it accesses
With the channel owner's permission (given through Google sign-in), Badger Uploader can:
- upload videos to the owner's channels, and set their title, description, tags, visibility, publish time, audience settings and thumbnail;
- read the owner's own videos and playlists, and add videos to playlists;
- read basic channel information (channel name and ID) to make sure it uploads to the right channel.
It does not read comments, messages, subscribers' personal information, or any other user's data.
How the data is stored
The sign-in token Google issues is stored only on the owner's own private computers, with access restricted to the owner. Video files and their details are the owner's own content. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sent anywhere other than to YouTube.
This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and collects no personal information.
Revoking access
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed, and in any case within 30 days.
